I know many of you prolly know how to make this simple dessert but well, it’s my first time! I would not have came up with all these if I had not failed for the first time.. Hah, I screw up the first try with too much sago and it looks like porridge.. Luckily it’s just 80 cents for another packet of coconut milk.. For those who are interested, read on..
Here’s what you need (less than $10):
- Kara Coconut Cream
- Sugar
- Sago
- Carnation Evaporated Milk
- Honey Dew Of Course!
Keep the Honey Dew in your fridge and start cooking!

First, open up that packet of coconut cream and pour into an empty pot. Next, add water to the pot.. I used the empty packet as a measurement, fill it up with water and pour it back 3 times!

Now scoop some sugar into the emptied packet, filling essentially half the packet..

Then pour the sago into the packet again, filling a quarter of the packet and that makes the packet 3 quarters full now.. Eh, lots of equations huh? ![]()

Now, you can pour them all in and put it to boil..

Once it’s boiled, you may let it cool and put it into the freezer so it will be cold and nice later on!
Time to slice the honey dew up..

Take out that pot of mixed coconut cream, grab a bowl, pour some in.. Then add the honey dew in as much as you wish to..

Add some ice.. Most importantly, add the evaporated milk like a topping.. It’s nicer with more of that milk.. And welcome the final Honey Dew Sago!

You may try this out using different amount of coconut cream.. For me, I used the smallest 200ml one and I think it’s more than enough for like 6 persons.. Just use my special equation! Hah.. Using the coconut cream as a base, say if the coconut cream is 200ml, you would have to add 3 x 200ml of water, 0.5 x 200ml of sugar, 0.25 x 200ml of sago and that’s it! :hugs: Hah, well.. think I’m damn bo liao.. Anyways, it tastes good hor..
