Doing my neighbour a favour as I thought maybe some of you may be interested after all.

First up, cold calling for insurance leads is what she needs. Call when you like, she’d just hand you a list of people to call so just make your calls.

  • $10 per appointment fix
  • $50 upon closing of deal if everything goes well for her

Next, it’s just admin work which I have been doing past years and taken over by some “Auntie”. Anyways, I think she need help again for the following:

  • computer literate
  • powerpoint/excel/word
  • data entry/update info
  • broadcast email
  • follow up on an adhoc basis

You will need to work roughly 4 hours for 3 times a week on Monday/Wednesday/Friday but I think that is really up to you to negotiate. Well, preferably you would be living near Woodlands since you’d save some transport. Rate is $6-8/hr depending on how good you are really.
